Maybe you saw my fun video on my Instagram or TikTok, or maybe you happened to stumble upon this blog post. Either way, I'm discussing three petite AND plus size friendly looks from one of my favorite brands. ELOQUII is known for providing fashion forward trends that encourage curvy women to step outside of their comfort zones. Ever since I discovered them last year, I have been a huge fan and look to their site when I'm ready to turn heads. I really wanted to share these pieces because I often run away from jumpsuits and pants since I am 5'2. It's a struggle being plus size, but even more so if you have a petite frame. We are a niche that is often completely ignored by the fashion industry. These 3 looks do not come in petite sizing, but they are petite friendly since I was able to wear them comfortably with heels. I would definitely be able to wear the two jumpsuits with flats/sneakers, but the yellow pants would only work with heels, unfortunately. Still, it's cute enough to make that sacrifice! If you missed the video, you can watch it above, then keep reading to find the outfit details below.
Look 1: Wide leg pants with a puff sleeve top
These yellow wide-leg pants are perfect for making a statement, and I love the slits. Although I have always been a fan of these types of pants, I strayed away from them because they appeared to be made for women who were at least 5'8. These definitely drag on me without heels, but with my wedges, they worked and even made me look taller! They were also slightly loose in the waist area, which is actually my preference since I usually have to worry about items being too tight there. I would size down for sure to have more of that snug fit. I'm wearing a 16 but the 14 would have been perfect. Today, these pants are $23.50 when you use the code SAVEMORE, which is honestly a steal.
I paired the pants with this cute white puff sleeve top. ELOQUII is known for adding puff sleeves to an item to give it a more sophisticated look. I have so many puff sleeve items from them, including dresses and the silver jumpsuit I'm going to discuss below. It just exudes class and gives a little extra to what would otherwise be a simple, white, ribbed top. I'm wearing a size 14/16, but I wish this item came in single sizes. It was a little big in the shoulder area, and I caught myself pulling it up often. If you're a little bit bigger than me up top, however, it should stay up fine. Using the same code as above, you can get this blouse for $30.
Look 2: Denim boiler suit
This fuchsia denim boiler suit is SO trendy, and I love how bold the color is. You step into the bottoms, then zip up the top with the option to button it up all the way or create a collar like I did here. I also think the tie around the waist is a fun feature. I'm wearing a 14 in this suit, and it's the perfect fit for me. It looks great with heels, but if I wanted to rock this with sneakers, I could cuff the bottoms, which definitely goes with the theme of this look. Since I love playing with color, I added another pop with the neon, and I'm just obsessed with this look. If you use the code from above, you can get this show stopping item for $80.
Look 3: Lurex jumpsuit
I honestly don't know where I'm wearing this silver puff sleeve jumpsuit unless its for an in home date night lol. However, it's super cute and waiting for the moment I can finally have a night out on the town. I got the 16 in this, but it has a lot of stretch and an elastic waistband that would have made the 14 comfortable as well. It has one button in the back, a tie at the waist, and those statement sleeves that I love. I'm the type of girl who loves sparkle even when it's not the holidays, but at the rate things are going, you could certainly scoop this up and be ready for going out at the end of the year. Using the code, you can get this beauty for $70.
Which look is your favorite?
